IT MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEM (MES) ENGINEER

We are Japanese Contract Manufacturer located in Batam, Indonesia currently looking for the best candidate to fill position :

IT Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer

The successful candidate will manage and control manufacturing operations. 
Includes business application software and IT hardware, work closely with the other IS/IT resources, including other Technicians as well as Engineers, responsible for day-to-day MES operations, fixes, troubleshooting both software and hardware, as well as supporting reporting services and other applications needed.

Qualifications:

• Education Qualification: minimum D3 degree from reputable university from computer science or relevant field.
• Knowledge of programming skill, Java, Visual Studio .NET, and others technologies.
• Min 2 (two) years work experience as IT MES Officer in Manufacturing.

Competencies: 

• Knowledge of IT systems, Networking, Database, Windows Server, ERP [SAP] is advantage.
• Previous experience in electrical manufacturing or assembly operations environment.
• Qualification of course or intermediate experience in Object-oriented programming design and development.
• Experience and interest in programming in any scripting languages Database administration or design.

• Work with Manufacturing MIS Team to identify and implement improvements.
• Work effectively with customer and sales team to understand the customer’s business needs.
• Be the client’s point of contact on all technical issues.
• Perform high-level technical analysis and evaluation.
• Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
• A self-starter who can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
