Responsibilities:

1. IT Network Helpdesk is more than a first person who troubleshoots the issue. But also managing day-to-day IT operation as an admin.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
3. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
4. Managing IT Billing to Finance
5. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs system.
6. Being administrator for centralize CCTV System.
7. Monitor SLA and Managing schedule for technician.

Requirements:

1. At least have 2 years of working experience as admin or helpdesk in ISP or Managed Service Company
2. Willing to work from office.
3. Proactive, Doc & Excel wizard, ownership, good communication skills and good in grooming.
4. Have experience with multi-brand device (Router, Desktop Router, Desktop Switch, Controller, Access point, Analog CCTV, IP Cam, Cable TV, Smart TV, Smart lock, and other Smart Building Devices)
5.  Have experience with ticketing system, NMS, and Mikrotik.
