Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the IT help desk support, software installation, IT issue solving, software upgrade etc.
- Responsible for daily maintenance of internal weak current system, telephone resource management and IT asset management.
- Windows/Mac installation, setup, configuration and upgrade.
- Troubleshoot the hardware and software in Windows/Mac, networking equipment, Mobile (Android/IOS), Printer, Projector, NAS.
- Assist users to solve IT problems.
- Assist to maintain Active Directory user account.
- Maintain IT inventory.
- Assist on IT related subjects.
- Responsible for the on-site support for VIP users.
- Other work arranged by superior.
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in computer studies, information technology, or related qualifications.
- Knowledge in IT support operations, Windows /ERP, Systems / Network supports, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of enterprise standards including logging, monitoring, access limitation, sensitive data handling.
- Have good language expression, and communication skills.
- Good team player with problem-solving skills and customer service oriented.
- Passion for self-improvement and a healthy appetite for learning.
- Able to discover, apply and establish best practices.
