JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Maintain/monitor various systems that are currently bulit/set-up to be stable
- Identify the cause, establish and execute countermeasure if error occurs
- Inform directly to PIC of System Maintenance to fix the problems related to system
- Perform training to users to prevent the reoccurrence of problems users face
- Analyze the system problems used in work and develop strategies for improvement
- Organize the work process so that all co-operations can operate same systems at the same time(develop system that are necessary, create guide/manual, give instruction to users)
- Define items for development and establish system functions that are necessary for new system adoption/implementation for new business
- Serve as the contact point in Indonesia for global project led by HQ (requirements, user training, et cetera.)
- Analyze the efficiency and amount for the new system
- Review acquisition and disposal of the assets, manage the assets that are left as idle equipment, check the actual assets
- Manage and assess vendors and execute expenses for the stable network environment
- Take inspection for the audit from HQ and self-monitoring activities from regional (fraud, non-compliance with the process, et cetera.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- MINIMUM Bachelor degree in IT/Accounting or related field
- Experienced managing ERP SAP and Sunfish HRIS is a MUST
- Having minimum 5 years of working experiences as IT SI Project Manager
- Having business level of English language (both Speaking and Writing) is a MUST
- Meticulous to details and able to work within deadlines
- Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta
