Job Description:
Reporting to AVP, IT Technical and Network Services, this position is responsible to ensure IT Infrastructure & Service Desk service delivery above the agreed SLA including:
- Ensure IT Infrastructure Project Delivery related to End user experience include any Digital Enterprise initiative
- Ensure timely support available for BU Audit related request
- Handle day to day Service Desk and Infrastructure Service Monitoring Monitoring
- Execute and manage business users expectation on daily operations, products and program/project delivery
- Coordinate multiple delivery partners spanning DBTS Corporate, Asia Service Center and Local vendors
