Project Engineer

1. Bachelor/Master Degree from Civil/Mining/Mechanical Engineering 
2. 2+ Years Experience in Construction/Earthworks/Mining Operations
3. Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and manage various work crews simultaneously.
4. Experience in coordination of scheduling and allocation of labour, plant, equipment and materials for all projects. 
5. Fostering a safety driven team culture 
6. Ability to deliver clear instructions and motivate the team.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Bandung and Project Site if needed
9. Able to work with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and others supportive Project & Civil Software
10. Willing to work as a Team
11. Good leadership

What will you do?
Reporting to the Operations Manager and overseeing onsite project teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of workers on site to ensure that technical & quality standards are achieved safely . This role will cover a wide range of project scopes including organising crew & equipments, monitor schedule, cost controlling, maintain productivity strategy, and solving any problem on site.
