About the Job:
candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and passionate to deliver high-quality engineering solutions, mainly supporting the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within scope, budget, and schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- System Design and Analysis:
- Develop preliminary feasibility study (FS) /design of solar photovoltaic systems including site survey, basic design development, energy yield assessment, modelling, demand assessment, grid impact study using available software or user defined model.
- Create and/or check and review electrical single-line diagrams and basic system designs, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Review, check, and provide recommendation (if necessary) to the system designs of electrical system.
- Installations and Commissioning:
- Making sure the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other components are adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Support the commissioning and testing of engineering systems and components, verifying functionality and performance.
- Client Education and Communication:
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and end-users. Conducting training sessions to educate maintenance personnel or end-users on system operation and maintenance.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree; majoring Electrical Engineering
- Same industry experience: Solar Energy, Solar Panel PV will be a Plus!
- Functionals Competencies:
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Understanding of solar energy installation and design
- Good communication skills
- PVsyst capability is preferred.
- Having certification will be a plus!
