Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan the execution of each project, and its logistical considerations to guarantee the seamless running of the project.
- Ensure construction activities are executed in adherence to design drawings, and compliance with the applicable regulations and standards for each specific construction site.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and key issues for management to ensure clear communication of all activities.
- Monitor project timelines, material, and tool usage to meet the company's goals and requirements for all projects managed
- Schedule and monitor the arrival of materials and workers, maintaining specified material standards
Requirements:
- Preferably from Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Broad knowledge of building construction (Civil, MEP, Finishing) and project management.
- Good communication skills
- Able to travel
