Responsibilities:
- Manage & Backup Log Linux & Windows Server
- Monitoring Performance Tools & Manage alert Traffic
- Operate Linux server And Windows Server
- Provide System Alert log And Service Docker
- Alert Aware and Notify Service Anomaly
- Make a Weekly Documentation Server for Internal Needs
- Monitoring Network Traffic And Keeping Safe Monitor Server (Grafana, Elastic, Nagios, Zabbix)
- Operate And Provide Query SQL Database For External and Internal Needs
- Communicate with Sales, and Presales about Product deployment and restarting the Linux apps server.
- Escalate Transaction Log For Client To Providers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in IT or a related field.
- Have experience in IT Support/IT Helpdesk/IT Operation for min 1 Year (Fresh Graduates welcome to apply)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Easily adapt to changing situation
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in demanding situations
- Familiar with Linux (RedHat, CentOs, Debian, etc.) and Windows Server
- Familiar with RDBMS such as SQL Server or MySQL
- Familiar with Monitoring Tools such as Grafana, Elastic, Nagios, Zabbix
- Willing to work onsite with a Shifting schedule (Mampang, South Jakarta)
