Responsibilities:
- Provide support to user with service excellent attitude, being 1st contact point for inquiries & problem solving
- Troubleshoot problem which is still in support scope
- Record every incoming inquiries and ticket
- Provide support report including incident report & summary analysis
- Monitor & alert system performance & health check and perform corrective action
Requirements:
- Knowledge of IT systems & software, such as: server, linux, database
- Experience in providing technical and customer support preferably in IT company
- Self-stater, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, inquiries and problem solving
- Responsive and willing to coordinate with another team member
- Willing to work in shift and adaptive working time
- Available for full-time freelance position
