The primary work activities include:
- Untuk membantu client dan menyediakan solusi untuk query atau pertanyaan yang disampaikan melalui helpdesk ticketing services
- Deploy Google Solutions / Microsoft untuk Customers (Mid-Market & Enterprise)
- Managing internal local network and servers
- Training / presentation untuk customers yang membutuhkan support / assistance baik di internal EIKON maupun di lokasi client (di luar kota; Jakarta, Bali, and kota lainnya)
- Support di dalam Research & Development dari Products / Solutions
- Support kebutuhan internal; project team, sales team, admin.
The ideal candidates would be:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science.
- Required skill(s): Network, Windows server/Linux, training presentation, DNS Server, good communication skill, English is a plus, Email Servers, Active Directory.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; helpdesk service, customer support, or Technical Support
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to travel (visit customers out of town)
