Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software systems.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of office assets.
- Deploy and manage office laptops, ensuring a smooth implementation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software and application issues.
- Monitor and regularly maintain computer devices, servers, laptops, CCTV, and networking equipment.
- Manage and maintain network connections, including LAN, WAN, CCTV, database, and office routers.
- Administer Microsoft, Windows, Antivirus, and Server systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.
- Proficient in installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate asset records.
- Hands-on experience with laptop deployment and support.
- Analytical mindset for effective software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with monitoring and maintaining various computer devices and servers.
- Expertise in managing network connections, including LAN, WAN, CCTV, and routers.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, Antivirus, and Server administration.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and user support.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing IT issues.
