About The Company:
- The working venue is in Jakarta Barat.
- Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Building Management Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the building's quality and maintenance, finance, admin & human resources, and tenant relationship.
- Maintain cost and services for building property, project, and maintenance.
- Evaluate services, quality control and cost.
- Liaise with vendors.
- Report progress to management.
- Manage data projects and Building Management.
- Manage special projects from management in a timely manner.
- Evaluating Standard Operation Procedures and the update if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Business level Japanese (JLPT N2).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in handling Building Management, utility maintenance, MEP.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Word).
- Previous experience in Japanese company and same industry.
- English skill.
