About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta Barat.
• Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Building Management Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the building's quality and maintenance, finance, admin & human resources, and tenant relationship.
• Maintain cost and services for building property, project, and maintenance.
• Evaluate services, quality control and cost.
• Liaise with vendors.
• Report progress to management.
• Manage data projects and Building Management.
• Manage special projects from management in a timely manner.
• Evaluating Standard Operation Procedures and the update if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2).
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in handling Building Management, utility maintenance, MEP.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Word).

• Previous experience in Japanese company and same industry.
• English skill.
