About The Company:
- The working venue is in Jakarta Selatan.
- Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Admin and Interpreter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting sales division and president director.
【Sales Admin tasks】
- Sales pipeline and order progress monitoring management.
- Checking sales team and vendors for delivery control including importing procedures.
- Order management and coordinating with the accounting division.
【President director assistant tasks】
- Visiting Cleints or suppliers together and interpreting for Bahasa⇔Japanese⇔English.
- Supporting management to coordinate with internal teams to follow up on important projects such as SOP improvement projects or any other.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Conversational level of Japanese and Conversational level of English.
- Working experience as Sales Admin or Order Management or Purchasing tasks in a Manufacturing company or Trading company.
- Who can commute to the Jakarta office within 1 hour.
- Working experience in financial planning or sales planning.
