About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta Selatan.
• Our client is a Japanese Automotive company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales Team.
• Manage, monitor, and control receive orders, and delivery control.
• Managing and monitoring Business activities.
• Managing, controlling, and coordinating with internal staff related order, delivery, or shipment.
• Making and monitoring quotation costs.
• Manage and control between received orders and quotations.
• Price negotiation with the customer.
• Forecast negotiation with the affiliate.
• Review and analyst (forecast, sales amount, lost profit) report to Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Japanese Speaker (JLPT).
• Have knowledge and understanding of QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience especially in an Automotive company or PMA in the manufacturing/warehouse industry.
• Has management (handling subordinates) experience.
• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal and leadership skills.
