The Junior Accountant will assist the Accounting team in performing daily accounting activities for a small business. This includes accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and other general accounting duties. The Junior Accountant will also assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
You should have a strong Accounting background, multidisciplinary problem-solving skills, attention to detail and willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to complete a wide variety of accounting tasks in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English
• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting and/or Business Management
• minimum 2-3 years working as an accountant
• experience with bookkeeping, accounting journals and taxes
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• able to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• knowledge of Xero, Journal a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
