Junior Accounting Ubud

1.  Assist with financial statement preparation, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable processing, daily revenue and cash reconciliations and other related finance projects.

2. Prepare monthly financial statements.

3. Reconcile balance sheet on a monthly basis.

4. Daily review of all revenues and post in the general ledger.

5. Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and departmental results in relation to established goals.

6. Preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements.

7. State and local operational tax filings.

8. Prepare all operational budgets

9. Organize daily expenses and input to expenses report.

1. Able to speak English fluently (written and spoken)

2. Bachelor Degree in Accounting

3. Minimum GPA of 3.00

4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

5. Diligent, Thorough, Dexterous, Honest and Responsible with good initiative and able to work under pressure

6. Able to operate Microsoft Office

7. Have good communication and able to work hard
