Junior Associate

Job Description :

• Research, drafting and reviewing any legal documents
• Doing Legal Due Diligence
• Drafting Legal Opinion
• Drafting Company Regulation
• Drafting General Business Agreements and Employment Agreements
• Assisting dan accompanying clients in resolving legal issues

Requirements :

• Maximum age of 27 years old
• Candidate should minimally possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, With a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Corporate Lawyer (Non-litigation) andhave a minimum of 1 year experience in law (Preferably an expert in corporate law, Labour & Employment Law, and Outsourcing Law). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Have good conceptual, legal reasoning, and legal analysis skills (oral & written) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Required computer skills (Ms. Office, etc)
• Quick learner and able to work as a team and individually, disciplined, self-motivated, good integrity and attitude
• Ability to multitask, able to work under pressure, and prioritize daily workload
