Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing skill. Fluent Chinese is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested information and assisting with audit preparation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as assigned.
