PT. NOAH TEX established in 2001, is joint venture company between K.K. Hayashitami with Fukui Prefecture at Japan and partner in Indonesia to produce fabric materials such as; curtain, cover bed, table cloth and fashion.

 As the weaving textile industry, to produce our product we use yarn of polyester filament that is supplied from some prominent companies both local materials and import materials and the most of products are exported to Japan. 

 By the various of textile industry progressively, starting 2004 company conduct diversification of business so besides Grey Cloth also produce till the ready cloth that its productivity is done by the trustworthy partner.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Junior Manager at PT. Noah Tex located in Karawang. The Finance & Accounting Junior Manager will be responsible for managing financial transactions, budgets, reporting and tax planning, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing a team of finance and accounting professionals. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in finance and accounting 
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, tax planning and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, audit practices, and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing a team of finance and accounting professionals
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Preferably experienced in industrial companies
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Having a tax brevet certificate is a plus
