Key Account Executive - Lampung

Requirements :

1. Min Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
2. Having experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a area or multi-store management
3. Proven work experience in Paint or Building Materials industry would be prefer
4. Proficient in Data Analytics
5. Proficient in Any ERP, Ms.Office

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and store metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4. Set sales targets and provide guidance to sales associates on achieving individual and team goals.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing to assist customers and drive sales.
7. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product placement, displays, and promotions to drive sales.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
9. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
11. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and increasing sales.
12. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
