- Selling Paper Products to existing customers and looking for new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase retention.
- Providing product information, characteristics, new product development and advantages of industrial paper to customers.
- Set and achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Negotiating prices and sales terms with customers.
- Monitor paper industry trends and customer needs.
- Make visit reports, sales reports and update information to superiors.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process, delivery to billing.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from any Major
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preference in the paper industry and B2B industry.
- Good communication skills and results orientation.
- Having knowledge about Paper Products will be a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Having a good network and relationships in the related industry will be a plus.
- Have your own 4-wheeled vehicle and be willing to use it for daily operations at work.
