Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and/ or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track Key Account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Generate reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales, business development, commercial, operations and other relevant teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the territory
- Assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalating issuesas necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as a B2B Key Account or Account ManagerExperience in achieving sales revenue of more than 10 billion Rupiah/ month
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Strong network and relationships at the senior executive level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or in a relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
