Job Description - Key Account Manager
Responsible for sales and account management for existing customersDevelop new customers to achieve budgeted sales and profit contributionReport to the Country Business Manager and based in Cikarang

Responsibilities
• Grow the business by managing existing accounts and identifying new potential customers• Promote the use of products to new and existing customers through selling skills and building relationships• Understand the Product Portfolio and Sales Process• Solve technical issues with coordination with the Quality Assurance & Technical Support Team• Manage market intelligence and monitor market trends• Actively involved in timely collections from customers• Prepare regular reports for internal and customers (Sales Forecast, Customers’ Sales Forecast, Competitor Activity, Pricing Movements, Customer Complaints)• Qualifications• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent• 6+ years experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development• Experience in Packaging/Chemicals/Ink/Labels/Digital Printing/Die Cutting/Manufacturing preferred• Willing to travel• Ability to cope and perform under increased or expanding responsibilities
Requirements
