Requirement:
- Minimum 2 Years Experienced
- Bachelor Degree in all majors
- Excellent Communication skills and leadership
- Passionate at sales & marketing, sales plan, sales mapping
- Good presentation skills, able to speak fluent about product & business to B2B or B2C
- Must understand using Ms. office or google sheet
- Understand English both at speaking or writing
- Experienced from startup industry is a plus
- Have a lot of networking or Clientale relationship
- Target oriented & able to work underpressure
Responsibility:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPI’s.
- Key account analysis.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Managing Key Account Executive & Sales Executive Team
- Handling top existing merchant, Onboard new top merchant
- Grow the GTV, Cross selling bank product or bank program
