Objectives :
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with clients and
prospects - Assist customers with product or business solution-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly
- Research and analyze sales option
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales report
- Reach the sales target assigned by the Company
- Initiates and directs necessary action to develop and maintain processes in the area of sales
to allow all systems and inquiries to be operated systematically. - Effectively communicate with customers, potential customers, and principals to maintain strong work relationships and enhance the potential chances for future business.
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned to contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the division.
- Meet the company KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Requirements :
- Candidates possess min. bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in the sales field and relevant role for 5 years. Preferably has experience in a Travel Insurance company or hotel/hospitality industry of at least 2 years.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skill
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good command of both written and spoken English is preferable
- Knowledge of MS Office software is a must
- A professional ‘get it done’ attitude and work ethic
