Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts in the freight sector.
- Understand and fulfill client requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and growth strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Represent Aramex Indonesia at industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to network and promote our services.
- Stay abreast of market trends, challenges, and competitors’ strategies in the freight and express industry.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Key Account Manager in the freight forwarding and express industry.
- Experience in managing global accounts and understanding of global market dynamics.
- Solid experience in sales, client relationship management, and strategic account growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel as required.
