Kitchen Leader
Qualification :
• Age max. 40 years old
• Have min. 2 years experience as Kitchen Leader in restaurant/cafe/hotel
• Have good communication and leadership skill
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in english is a must
Responsibilities :
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Prepping and organizing
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Involve in revamping standardize recipes, and teaching staff consistent culinary techniques.
• Assign and check completion of side or cleaning tasks
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness and quality control measures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work space in order to ensure productivity.
• Order food and supplies
• Establishing working relationship with employees.
Working Hours :
• Active works : 5 Days and Off Day : 2 Days
