Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Gas Chromatography methods for sample analysis.
- Operate and maintain GC instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct sample preparation, calibration, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Analyze data, interpret results, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for research projects and method validation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography instruments and associated software.
- Strong knowledge of sample preparation techniques and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Experience in method development and validation.
- Knowledge of different detectors and columns used in Gas Chromatography.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EPA) applicable to analytical testing.
- Willing to be placement in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system).
