Lead Trainer Academy  

The Lead Technical Trainer reports to the head of Phincon IT training academy. Job responsibilities of the Lead Technical Trainer include:

1. Assess and define requirements of trainers in accordance with training programs
2. Coordinate with Resource Management team in the recruitment of technical trainers
3. Onboard trainers
4. Assist Program Management team in the preparation of training contents
5. Manage trainers including scheduling, supervision, coaching & development, retention, etc.
6. Define and maintain SOPs related to training
7. Define and track metrics related to trainer performance and quality
8. Collaborate with all stakeholder to achieve business goals
9. Track and analyze trainer performance data and prepare reports
10. Conduct training for selected programs

1. At least 8 years of working experience with 5 years directly related to providing IT training in a training academy or education institute
2. Broad knowledge in IT with capability and qualification to providing training in selected technologies
3. Experience in creating training assessments and evaluations
4. Experience in training fresh graduates and young professionals
5. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders
6. Good knowledge on local IT trainer qualification and certifications
7. Leadership and experience in team management
8. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
9. Possess a Bachelor’s degree minimally
