• Broad Business Insight: Understand the Ocean and L&S products via functional experiences and impactful learning
• Visibility and Exposure: Exposure to senior leaders of the organization
• Coaching: A combination of Personal Development Plan and business leader monitoring through the Anchor and Functional Managers

Key responsibilities

• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end ownership of customer journey regardless of your assigned function
• Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions
• Collaborate with different teams to best serve the customers
• Demonstrate curiosity and openness to feedback
