Job Description:
- To be developed to fill the role of Marketing Assistant Manager of assigned Boga Brands/Marketing Functions due to the rapid expansion of Boga Group.
- Plan all marketing & brand strategy, programs and communication to bulid the brand's awareness & to optimize brand's performance, both offline & online of the assigned brands.
- Actively researching for market, trend, competition & customer insights to drive winning brands strategy.
- Optimize partnership with key partners (online platform, banks, and other potential partners) to drive awareness, transactions and sales.
- Review all campaigns to measure ROI.
Requirement:
- 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- More than 3 years in marketing role with proven track records on being part of restaurant brand building or Fresh Graduates with relevant Educational Backgrounds, e.g Marketing, Brand Communication, DKV, etc
- Strong industry network, analytical & ROI driven, strong creative mind, strong market, industry, consumers understanding, highly passionate of FnB, negotiation & presentation skill.
- Proactive, team player, creative, agile, detail, organized, communicative, helpfull, high achiever, passionate, folow trends and humble.
- Proficient in English.
- Good with Microsoft Excell (basic excell).
