- Efficiently manage the reception, verification, recording, filing, and organization of legal documents within the Legal Depository.
- Meticulously proofread translations of legal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate the preparation and circulation of legal documents for signature by authorized parties within the IAA.
- Vigilantly monitor the validity of the company's permits and licenses.
- Scrutinize and verify invoices received from IAA's vendors to maintain financial accuracy.
- Ensure the availability of stock and facilitate the requisition of stationery for the IAA Legal department.
- Undertake various administrative tasks as directed by the Head of Legal to support the department's operational efficiency.
Requirements :
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, with a preference for a major in Law.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Exhibit fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
