Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and memos, under the supervision of legal professionals
• Organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records in a systematic manner, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain and update legal databases, filing systems, and records management systems for efficient retrieval of information.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in Legal Administration or support role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
