AlamatWe are seeking a talented Legal and Compliance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Compliance team to develop, maintain, and enhance compliance policies and procedures.
With a focus on the dynamic crypto industry, you will conduct research on regulatory developments and ensure the company's activities align with the relevant Legal and Compliance requirements.
What will you do :
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to develop, maintain, and enhance compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis on regulatory developments in the crypto industry and translate them into actionable insights.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Participate in compliance monitoring, reporting, and internal investigations as needed.
- Support the Compliance team in developing and delivering compliance training to employees.
- Ensure that the company's activities adhere to relevant Legal and regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 2 years of proven experience in Legal and Compliance roles within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and Compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
