Job band definition: To assist Legal and Compliance Manager to provide legal advice, legal documents, handle legal matter, participating in contract negotiation, ensuring that the organization operation comply with legal regulation.
Main Responsibility :
- Review, draft and or negotiate corporate agreements, MOU, NDA and other legal documents to protect organization’s interest, as well as to minimize legal risk and liabilities
- Support and maintain corporate governance principles, and practices with contract management processes
- Monitor and help to ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and other ethical and legal standard
- Assisting Legal and Compliance Manager to manage and or contribute to various projects including addressing request for information, gap, and other assessments.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of contracts, including the management of contractual timelines and obligation
- Collaborate with other department to provide with legal support and insight related to contract management
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that affect the organization
- Monitor ongoing risks and Compliance issues, reporting them and provide recommendation to line Manager [and relevant stakeholders or regulatory bodies as required]
- Maintain proactive communication with the all stakeholders.
