Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legal Audits of company processes, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify areas of legal risk and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop audit procedures and standards.
- Prepare audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 3+ years of experience in legal compliance, auditing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
