1. Lead and drive a plan, monitoring, analysis, and execute all activities of legal function/ operation.
2. Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
3. Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
4. Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company's compliance will all applicable laws and regulations, including the capital market regulations.
Requirements:
1. A law degree from an accredited institution.
2. In-dept legal expertise, with an understanding of legal principles and practices, alongside specific knowledge in the realm of contract law, employment law, capital market, intellectual property and litigations,
3. At least 12 years of experience both in a Law Firm and corporate environment.
4. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
