Legal Manager

Responsibility:

• Contract Management and Legal Documentation
• Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation
• Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master's Degree of Law
• Min 10 years experiences, preferable in real estate/property management/developer
• Understand Indonesia's law regulations
• Strong leadership and good communications skills
• Will be based in Denpasar, Bali
