Job Description
- Assist relevant stakeholders around the region on legal administrative filling, submission and/or reporting of legal data.
- Set up, organize, and maintain paper and filing systems in accordance with recognized procedures and standards.
- Liaise and coordinate with law firms and Notary (where necessary).
- Record, distribute, and monitor deadlines for the legal team in general.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondences to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, emails, and other communications materials.
- Managed office correspondence, including emails, phone calls and mail, efficiently and promptly.
- Plan and schedule appointments, conferences, and meetings (inclusive coordinate for the logistics), travel arrangements and claim reimbursement process for legal staff.
- Support team for signing request of all Directors and authorized signatories for all legal documents, agreements, and policies (wet signature and digital signature) and assisting team members to share a corporate document to partners.
- Effectively communicate complex information to team members and stakeholders
- Supported team members with all administrative function.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administration
- Bachelor’s degree is optional; minimal Diploma III. Good work ethics, experience and loyalty preferred.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, project management and scheduling appointments
- Loyal and able to maintain high confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to interact professionally with the stakeholders.
- Have good communication skills, including strong English communication and drafting skills.
