Key Responsibilities:

• Support legal department operations including contract management, compliance, and risk assessment.
• Assist in developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the legal team.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and vendors as needed.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law,
• Knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Experience in Legal Operations or paralegal work is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
