Legal Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on various matters related to business operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Handle legal correspondence and communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes and legal issues through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.
• PERADI certificate (or similar) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a legal capacity, preferably in a corporate environment or law firm.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
