Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Responsible for all Legal Aspect of the companies and ensuring compliance with all regulation.
- Review and provide legal advice on Legal documents.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority) creating relations of trust.
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree majoring laws.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel.
- Strong English communications skills (written & verbal).
- Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment.
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
- Outstanding legal drafting and writing skills.
- Having experience in handling Holding Company and its affiliates, M&A and Joint Ventures.
