Legal & Compliance Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and/or review of contracts and other documents in relation to commercial transaction and projects.
• Maintain relation with the relevant stakeholders (e.g Central Government, Public Notary, External Counsel)
• Monitor, understand, and summarize Indonesia & Asia Pacific Region updated regulations included but not limited to automotive industry.
• Conduct legal support, review & analysis of government facility.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on issues affecting the subsidiaries and its industry.
• Coordinate with The National & Regional BPKM OSS team.
• Support & provide advice to major legal issues of affiliates: above middle risk/scale dispute & agreement.
• Review, maintain and suggest internal legal templates, forms and best practice guidelines.
• Handle and monitoring subscription and vendor relation.

Requirements 

•  Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law with min. 5 years of experience in multinational company (automotive industry will be an advantage).
• Has experience in regulation & legal research, contract drafting, government communication and compliance review.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Has PERADI license, will be a plus point.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
