Qualifications & experience

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Law.
• Having experience at least 2 year(s) of working experience in related scope will be required for this position.
• Experienced in drafting, analyzing, and handling business contracts, agreements and other corporate legal documents.
• Have good analytical skills to provide legal advice in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia.
• PERADI license is a must.
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive character, good problem solving, and analytical skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on various legal matters to the company.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Manage and maintain legal records and documentation
• Assist in the negotiation and settlement of legal disputes and claims.
• Drafting simple legal research report, internal legal memo, risk mitigation strategy, regulations executive summary, legal case chronology (if any), and other related internal policies.
• Drafting the concept of formal business correspondence, corporate documents, and commercial contract.
• Provide legal support and guidance to other departments within company.
