We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as Legal Staff in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters relevant to the manufacturing sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing effective legal support.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts related to manufacturing processes, including vendor agreements, supply chain contracts, and distribution agreements.
• Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance matters and develop strategies to ensure adherence to legal standards.
• Work closely with external legal counsel in managing and resolving legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage intellectual property portfolios and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on licensing agreements and disputes.
• Identify legal risks within the manufacturing processes and develop strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.
• Provide legal advice on risk management and assist in the development of risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education S1 Law Bachelor's Degree. 
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience as an Legal Staff Minimum 2 Years in Industrial field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing litigation and working with external legal counsel.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws and protection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
