Currently very aggressive in expanding the business and is looking for a strong legal litigation manager on deck.
Job Description
Litigation Strategy and Management:- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies in alignment with the company's overall legal objectives.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of litigation, from case initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:- Conduct thorough risk assessments related to legal actions, providing proactive advice on potential legal issues.
- Implement risk mitigation measures and advise business units on best practices to minimize legal exposure.
Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operational teams, to gather information relevant to legal proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with external legal counsel and represent the company's interests in negotiations and court proceedings.
Legal Research and Analysis:- Stay abreast of industry-specific legal developments, regulations, and case law.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team in making informed decisions.
Contract Review and Drafting:- Review and assess contracts for potential legal risks, proposing modifications or amendments as necessary.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with an emphasis on litigation avoidance.
Compliance Oversight:- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal obligations within the logistics, manufacturing, and retail electronics domains.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance legal awareness within the organization.
