Tax Dispute & Litigation Manager
 
With Major Qualification:

• Tax Manager minimum 5-7 years experience in a tax litigation matters
• Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Taxation or related field from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3,25
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the field of taxation and tax consulting
• The candidates have a current Tax Court license (Ijin Kuasa Hukum) to represent the client in the tax court

Additional requirements:

• Strong experience with a variety of tax litigation (Tax appeal and Tax objection, Supreme Court and other litigations) and ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulation in Indonesia
• Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills with detail orientation.
• English communication skills (written and oral communication skills)
• Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationship
• The candidates with Transfer Pricing Knowledge is preferable.

Job Description:

• Assisting Directors and Partners in the performance of assignments for related portfolio of clients with tax litigation issue
• Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of tax objection, tax appeal and Supreme Court and other tax litigation process
• Managing the delivery of tax litigation services to a wide range of clients
• Managing multiple relationships and ensuing client satisfaction
• Developing and growing team members
• Pro-actively identifying opportunities to grow the business
• Liaising with the Government authorities on finalization of tax matters
