Uraian Tugas
- Continually improve the process as well as reduce unnecessary functions to increase efficiency.
- Review annual business plan and budget plan of write-off expenses Provide information or new ideas to improve the system or work process Lead and challenged team members to achieve the company’s targets Monitor and control results of sue cases
- Coordinate and monitor progress, and evaluate the performance of outsourced agents as well as balance the company’s benefit
- Coaching, solving issues, and giving corrective measures to subordinates. Perform and or oversee special projects or assignments that are highly sensitive or complex
- Manage and control litigation operation
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the legal or litigation field.
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of civil law, criminal law, and other laws that may concerned with hire-purchase and leasing business
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Teamwork oriented
- Strong leadership
- Proactive working style
