Logistics Coordinator Team Lead responsible for efficient and cost-effective inbound supply chain operations.Overseeing inbound logistics activities and collaborating with the team to ensure safety and health environment.Handling purchasing administration for import and local, and organizing and managing warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
• Overseeing inbound logistic activities• Collaborating with the team to ensure Safety and Health Environment.• Handling purchasing administration for Import & Local.• Make Purchase order in system and make sure all the freight forwarder invoice and shipping document are tally and submit to finance for GRN posting.• Follow up open orders to Principals.• Communicating with Freight Forwarders to update inbound report weekly to commercial team.• Organizing and managing warehouse operation including supervising the warehouse team to handle the stock FIFO system practice in warehouse, warehouse equipment maintenance, etc.• Providing reports to Supply Chain Leader as requested: SIFOT, Incoming Rejection, etc.
Requirements
• Minimum experience in Supply Chain Management field for 3-5 years, especially purchasing and warehousing.• Bachelor’s degree from any field, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering will be a plus.• Able to hold conversations in English, fluent in Writing and Reading.• Have knowledge of Import processes & documents.• Have knowledge of Warehouse Safety, certified in Safety will be a plus.• Able to operating Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.• Able and good initiative in escalating issues to the team in charges.• Personable, energetic, and excellent communication skills.• Can handle pressure and high volume of workflow.• Discipline and punctual.
